Apple savory

preheat oven to 180 degrees C. Cut the rolls into slices. Put 20 g butter into a pan and heat it, add the sliced rolls and fry them. Cream the rest of the butter with the sugar, add eggyolk to your batter, peel the apples. grate the apples and add them together with the Calvados and the beaten eggwhite to your batter. Butter 4 pudding dish, strew in some sugar. The buttered pudding dish is filled with alternating layers of batter and roll slice.The top layer should be batter Set the pudding dishes into a bowl, filled with water and steam them in the oven for 25 minutes. I love it as a main course!!!.

 Lime mousse

Heat up the water but prevent from boiling. Stir in the flour, salt cornstarch and sugar. Let it simmer while stirring until it gets thick. Remove from stove. beat the egg yolks, add lime peel and the vanilla extract, add one tb of your warm mixture and stir well. Now add the the egg mixture slowly to the warm mixture and add butter, lime juice and heavy cream or Creme Fraiche. Stir for another two or three minutes.  Add the stiffly beaten eggwhite and stir it for another minute until it is well mixed, fill it into your dishes and store it in the fridge until it is served.
